Responsible in providing assistance to passengers before or after the flight.
Provide assistance to Japanese passengers asking for directions.
Responsible in taking reservations, issuing tickets and verifying passenger's identification. Help passengers/travelers to check on their baggage.
Assist Japanese passengers inside the plane.
Provide safety routine advice to passengers.
Prepare and serve food and drinks.
Deal with the unruly passengers.

Requirements
